Crossroads Gift Certificates may be purchased in person at the Customer Service Booth and the Marketing Department office, or by emailing the Management Office. Find out more under Gift Cards. Lost items are locked in the Security Office . Any items that have been found can be turned in at the Customer Service Center. If you believe you have lost something at the shopping center, please call the Crossroads Security Office at 425.562.0784 and leave a message with your name, phone number, description of the lost item and approximate area & date where you last saw the item. You will be contacted if your item is recovered. Due to space limitations, Lost & Found items are only kept for 30 days. The Community Bulletin Board is located in the hallway leading to the restrooms between Pzazz Hair Design and CF Kids. Space is limited; therefore priority space is made to non-profit organizations for advertising community events. The Community Room, located between Shoe Pavilion and Pzazz Hair Design, is available to retailers and groups in need of a facility to host a meeting or function. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a charge for the room although the fee may be waived or reduced for 501(c)3 non-profit organizations. For more information or to make a reservation, please contact the Management Office at 425.644.1111. Strollers and wheelchairs are available at the Crossroads Customer Service Center as a courtesy. There is no charge to check out a stroller or wheelchair, but we require that you provide a current Washington drivers license or Washington ID card, which will be returned to you upon the return of the stroller or wheelchair. (Without these pieces of identification, a $75 cash deposit is required.) Crossroads provides dead battery and auto lock-out assistance as a courtesy. These services are provided by contacting the Crossroads Customer Service Center. The Customer Service Center has a basic First Aid kit for minor cuts or injuries. If further aid or medical attention is required, arrangements will be made for appropriate medical personnel to attend. Up-to-date-Ferry Schedules and Transit Schedules are kept near the Customer Service Center. |
