Lost & Found
Lost items are locked in the Security Office . Any items that have been found can be turned in at Customer Service. If you believe you have lost something at the shopping center, please contact the Crossroads Security Office at (425) 562-0784 and leave a message with your name, phone number, description of the lost item and approximate area and date where you last saw the item. You will be contacted if your item is recovered. Due to space limitations, Lost & Found items are only kept for 30 days.
Community Room Reservations
The Community Room, located next to Pzazz Hair Design, is available to retailers and groups in need of a facility to host a meeting or function. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a charge for the room although the fee may be reduced for 501(c)3 non-profit organizations. Courtesy Strollers & Wheelchairs
Strollers and wheelchairs are available at the Crossroads Customer Service Center as a courtesy. There is no charge to check out a stroller or wheelchair, but we require that you provide a current drivers license or ID card. Without these pieces of identification, a $75 cash deposit is required.
Gift Cards
Crossroads Gift Cards are the perfect gift for any occasion! They may be used at all Crossroads stores, services and restaurants that accept MasterCard, including the Crossroads Cinema. Gift Cards may be purchased in person at the Customer Service Booth and the Marketing Department office.
Ferry & Metro Transit Information
Up-to-date Ferry Schedules and Transit Schedules are kept near the Community Bulletin Board.
Community Bulletin Board
The Community Bulletin Board is located in the hallway leading to the restrooms between Pzazz Hair Design and CF Kids. Space is limited; therefore priority space is made to non-profit organizations for advertising community events.
Emergency Auto Aid
Crossroads provides dead battery and auto lock-out assistance as a courtesy. These services are provided by contacting the Crossroads Customer Service Center at (425) 644-1111.
Emergency First Aid Supplies
The Customer Service Center has a basic First Aid kit for minor cuts or injuries. If further aid or medical attention is required, arrangements will be made for appropriate medical personnel to attend.
